Our holiday homes and guest apartment in Schmatzhausen
Our holiday homes each consist of one part of a semi-detached house. Our homes are located in the residential area of the small village Schmatzhausen. There live around 600 people in the village which is about 18 km away from Landshut.
Each holiday home offers 5 rooms spread on 3 floors. Max. 10 people may stay in one home.
Our guest apartment can be found in the basement of one of the semi-detached houses. It offers 40 m² living space and is ideal for 2 persons.
Smoking is not allowed in all houses!
Guest apartment
Our guest apartment has its own separate entrance. It is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom with shower and a living area (40 m²) which is intended to be used both as sleeping and living room. This accommodation can be booked by 1 to 2 persons.
Important arrival information
Please check-in at the hotel “Meridian” in Landshuter Str. 69 in 84030 Ergolding.
When checking-in we will ask you to pay a deposit over 150,- € alternatively you may share a valid credit card number and the belonging validity date with us.
Please contact our reception two hours before your arrival.
